Child Trust Fund (CTF) is a savings and investment account for children.

The CTF is a long-term savings and investment account where your child (and no-one else) can withdraw the money when they turn 18.

Neither you nor your child will pay tax on income and gains in the account.

If you have a child trust fund and your child is turning seven after September 1st this year, you are entitled to a further £250 boost (or £500 if you are on low income).
