The Irish community is one of the oldest communities in London.

HOW MANY?

3.07% of Londoners are Irish – that’s 265,000 people. In addition 900,000 ethnic Irish live in the capital

The community is vital for key professions such as construction, media, medicine and finance, London is still a draw for Irish people.

WHERE DO THEY LIVE?

Everywhere, but the highest concentration is in Brent where they made up 10% of the population (in Dollis Hill and Cricklewood it’s 20%). There are also big communities in Harrow, Ealing, and Islington.

HOW TO REACH THEM THROUGH THE SPECTRUM RADIO NETWORK

The first “Irish Spectrum” was launched over 20 years ago and now Spectrum is THE home of Irish Radio in London with a huge and loyal following.
